  • How can I pay?

    You can make payment at Clown Willy Entertainment in many ways. We accept cash, via tap or bank transfer.

  • When is the payment due?

    You will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail from Clown Willy Entertainment. You can then pay via bank transfer already. You can also pay in cash with our staff on the day of delivery or at the start of the service.

  • I have unfortunately had to cancel the order what now?

    Don't worry, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 1 day in advance. Please note: if you reschedule, we will discuss whether the desired services or products are available on the rescheduled date.

  • When will the rented product be delivered?

    we plan and route our delivery every Wednesday for the following week! This is so that we can plan our route as efficiently as possible. Wednesday evening or the Thursday Clown Willy Entertainment will let you know the expected time and day via email or phone.

  • When will the rented product be picked up again?

    On the day Clown Willy Entertainment will deliver the rented product, we will also agree on a pick-up time. Sometimes it may happen that our products can only be collected later than the rental period due to circumstances. In this case, of course, no extra costs will be charged, although you may use the product slightly longer than the rental period.

  • Does the bouncy castle come with a Blower?

    Yes, when you rent a bouncy castle from Clown Willy, it comes with a blower!

  • Are drop mats provided with the bouncy castle?

    If you require them, fall mats can certainly be supplied with them. CAUTION on hard surfaces, these are mandatory yourself!

  • Do I need a reel or extra cable?

    Clown Willy Entertainment will provide a 15-metre reel at the bouncy castle. If the power point is further than 15 metres from the bouncy castle, you must provide your own extra cable.

  • Will the bouncy castle be set up and taken down or do we have to do this ourselves?

    Clown Willy Entertainment will set up the cushion for you and also roll it up again for you, for which we do not charge extra! We do ask you to fold the cushion when it is turned off, for example at night. This is to ensure that the cushion stays as dry as possible on the inside, think of dew but also of rain that may fall.
